Customer Quotes
The following are actual quotes from IHS customers:

"How is their customer service? Absolutely the best. On a scale of 1 to 10, they're an 11. They're good at what they do."
--Tom McClintock, Lesueur, Inc.

"Why do I buy from them? Their service. I call them and they know all the answers to what we're looking for, and if we have a down situation I know I'll get a part from them as fast or faster than anyone else. Also, their reliability and honesty."
--Mark Ademski, Douglas Corporation

"They show knowledge and fairness. They're customer focused. They'll come out and bring parts when we need them. And they're easy to work with."
--Ted Weber, Emplast

"Recently on my Cincinnati 85-ton press they were able to get me a pressure control valve within 24 hours--remanufactured, which saved me close to $1,000. They give really good service. They work their butts off."
--Guy Hunter, North States Industries

"The whole crew has treated us very well and has been very responsive to our needs. I greatly appreciate that. We run 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and down time is very critical to us. They are quick to respond--they do a good job for us."
--Randy Sterner, Vision Ease Lens

"Let me give you an example. Say I need a certain oil filter. When I call most places, they've never heard of that part number. When I call Industrial Hydraulics, they'll say, 'I've got it in stock. How many do you need?' They're very knowledgeable."
--Marvin Monster, Plastech Corporation

"Their service is really good and I can get what I need. It doesn't matter what it is--they'll find it for us. Their pricing is good too. And they're knowledgeable about what they're doing."
--Dean Spooner, Twin City Die Casting

"Working with them is refreshing. You can call them and they know what you need. It's like they're right there on the floor working--they have that hands-on work experience. And they can get it for you."
--Scott Anderson, AMS

"Sometimes I've taken a hydraulic valve off a machine and haven't been able to read the complete part number. I can read them the partial number and with their knowledge they can fill in the missing numbers and tell me what part it is. They have a good knowledge of hydraulics."
--Mark Ademski, Douglas Corporation

"Their pricing is very good. Their turnaround is quick. They're reliable...Would I recommend them to other people in my industry? I've done that already."
--Chuck Lower, Trinity LLC

"Have they handled any tough problems for me? Just last week, I had a major hydraulic pump on an injection molding press, and a vane and shaft broke. I called them at 11 a.m. on Friday. I sent the casing to them and they knew just which parts they needed to rebuild the pump and then had them flown in. They got the rebuilt pump to me before noon on Monday."
--Randy Sterner, Vision Ease Lens

"We used to deal with another company, but I now deal strictly with them because of their professionalism...we have a ton of hydraulics in the plant and they supply all of it."
--Tom McClintock, Lesueur, Inc.

"Why do I buy from them? Let me give you an example--I have the papers right here. My previous supplier picked up a part in September and I got the quote in December--that's three months. With Industrial Hydraulics, it's two or three days."
--Marvin Monster, Plastech Corporation

"I get pretty excellent customer service from them. They bend over backwards to do whatever it takes. They're long on results and short on excuses."
--Scott Anderson, AMS

A letter to John at Industrial Hydraulics:
"I have been in the maintenance field for over 25 years. I've never put much stock in what sales people try to sell/tell me about their company/product. Too many times I have been promised the sun, moon and stars in 2-3 days, only to hear a bunch of lame excuses 2-3 weeks later! You...have exceeded that by leaps and bounds! If this is the type of business you operate, ALL my repairs and orders will be sent to you. I am thoroughly dazed and amazed by the fact that at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday a valve left my shop and was back to me, fully repaired and reconditioned, by 2:00 p.m. Saturday. (It should be noted that the delivery was 2+ hours late on Saturday!) Never in 25+ years have I sent something out for repairs and had it back in less than 48 hours! And that includes shipping! All this for about half the cost of a new valve. Many, many thanks to all involved. My hat is off to all of you. You made me look like somewhat of a hero around here. Thank you very much. You helped me save days of down time on a press that is one of our 'work dogs.' Shake every hand involved, pat them on the back, give 'em a raise, whatever, but at least tell them all THANK YOU!"
--Jeffrey A. Monroe, Deluxe Plastics
